Shelly’s expertise runs the gamut from total compensation statements to open enrollment. She heads up Clearwater Writing with almost 25 years of experience in benefits and compensation communications. Shelly works hand-in-hand with clients to achieve success with planning and strategy, website and portal development, open enrollment, plan rollouts and terminations, change communications, compensation communications and a whole lot more. Shelly holds both the CEBS and CMS designations and is a University of Michigan graduate.
